We finally have a new update on the upcoming fourth season of Yellowjackets!

The thriller drama series, which debuted on Showtime in 2021, was renewed for season four following the end of it’s third season in May 2025.

Later in the year, it was announced that the show would be ending after the new season.

On Thursday (August 20), Paramount+ dropped a short teaser video, announcing when the fourth and final season will premiere.

When does Yellowjackets season four premiere?

The final season is set to premiere on November 20th on Paramount+ with the Premium Plan.

What is Yellowjackets about?

Yellowjackets is the saga of a team of wildly talented high school girls soccer players who become the (un)lucky survivors of a plane crash deep in the remote northern wilderness. Equal parts survival epic, psychological horror story and coming-of-age drama, the series chronicles their descent from a complicated but thriving team to savage clans, while also tracking the lives they’ve attempted to piece back together nearly 25 years later, proving that the past is never really past and what began out in the wilderness is far from over.

In season four, “as the survivors race to bury their sins before rescue arrives and an old flame roars back into town with plans of her own, turns out not every homecoming is a joyous one, and this one’s going to sting.”

Reprising their roles include Melanie Lynskey, Christina Ricci, Tawny Cypress, Sophie Nelisse, Jasmin Savoy Brown, Sophie Thatcher, Samantha Hanratty, Courtney Eaton, Liv Hewson, Warren Kole, Kevin Alves, Sarah Desjardins, Nia Sondaya, and Jenna Burgess.

Hilary Swank, who joined the show towards the end of season three, will also be returning!
