The 29-year-old actress and the 45-year-old music mogul were spotted holding hands while attending Universal Studios’ Halloween Horror Nights on Thursday night (September 17) in Los Angeles.
Sydney tends to visit Horror Nights every year and she was spotted there with Scooter last year too!

Sydney turned 29 last week and Scooter wrote a sweet birthday message.
“Happy birthday to the woman who is the exception to every rule,” the 45-year-old businessman wrote. “The person who surprised me and showed me how life with true partnership can be lived. You make me smile harder, laugh louder, adventure more, and dream bigger.”
“You’ve made the ordinary feel exciting and the future feel like something I can’t wait to get to,” Scooter continued. “A giggle can change an entire day. And I love how corny we can be together, because nothing else matters. There are a million things I could say, but the ones that matter most are just for you.
Sources recently explained how Sydney and Scooter’s relationship started
“When Sydney met Scooter, she wasn’t looking for another relationship. And she truly meant this,” a source told People. “She had ended her engagement. She really wanted to simplify her life, not complicate it. Her plan was to work, travel and spend time with family and girlfriends.”
“They started as friends, and it kind of just happened,” the source added, saying that the couple were “both surprised” by the relationship.
