Shemar Moore Reveals He Had 3 Surgeries on His Feet, Explains Why

Shemar Moore says he’s had three surgeries on his feet!

The 56-year-old Criminal Minds alum visited The Jennifer Hudson Show, now in its fifth season, for the Friday (October 2) episode.

During his interview, Shemar talked about surgical work he’s had performed on his feet, joking that his fans might unfollow him if they knew the truth about his “ugly *** feet.”

He went on to say he got “these eyebrows” and paid “a lot of money for these teeth,” while still acknowledging that he does sit-ups and has a fit abdomen.

“But the lower we go, we get to around my ankles and just below my ankles ain’t no tan…cause [his feet] ain’t see the light of day,” Shemar shared.

He continued, “I had that bunion thing, that whole bump on the side, so I’d put on my little nice clothes and then I’d put on fresh-out-the-box dress shoes and you take them off and you didn’t know which was the left one, which was the right one.”

Shemar says his feet are now “presentable,” and he can take a walk by the pool or go to the beach.

“I used to walk on the beach, no joke, when I was modeling. When people got too close to me, you wouldn’t notice it, but I’d dig my feet in the sand,” he revealed.

Back in 2023, the S.W.A.T. Exiles star shared a video shoutout to his podiatrist, thanking him for turning him into “a future Foot Model.” He also posted a selfie in 2025, with the caption saying he’d had a “little foot surgery.”
