Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ Prison Release Date Has Changed Again

Sean “Diddy” Combs is getting out of prison even sooner than expected.
The 56-year-old music mogul, who was convicted of two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution under the federal Mann Act, will now be released on January 27, 2028 according to the Federal Bureau of Prisons website, via TMZ.
He is currently being held at the Fort Dix Federal Correctional Institution in New Jersey on a 50-month sentence after the 2025 conviction.
He was originally scheduled to be released in June 2028, then it moved to April 2028 before being bumped up to February 23, 2028.
There is no explanation listed for the release date’s change.
Earlier this month, a source claimed to NBC News that Diddy is now in solitary confinement after he reportedly got into a fight with a fellow inmate. According to TMZ, the prison fight started after an inmate insulted Diddy and was quickly stopped by staff.
Fort Dix is a low-security federal prison. He pleaded not guilty during the trial, and he and his legal team have tried to appeal the case, but Diddy remains in jail while waiting for the decision.
Jennifer Lopez‘s ex-husband Ojani Noa is claiming Sean “Diddy” Combs once threatened him.
