Dennis Haskins cause of death has been revealed.

Dennis was best known for starring on Saved by the Bell as Principal Belding and passed away at the age of 75 in September. His agent called his death a “tragic loss.”

The actor reportedly died from Parkinson’s disease, according to the actor’s death certificate from the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, obtained by TMZ. It lists Parkinson’s as the immediate cause of death and says he died on September 27 at Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center in Burbank.

Additionally, the document lists irritable bowel syndrome, benign prostatic hyperplasia, hypertension, and depression as some of his other significant conditions.

His ex-wife Sarah Quinones said he had cut off communication with some of his closest confidantes and did not tell anyone about his diagnosis.

During his final years, Dennis was living in an assisted-living facility and reportedly did not return calls from Sarah or his other close friends as he didn’t want people to know about his illness.

Some of the actor’s other credits include The West Wing, Victorious, The Dukes of Hazzard, and It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, among others.

Our thoughts go out to Dennis‘ family and his loved ones at this difficult time. RIP.

Several Saved by the Bell cast members shared tributes to Dennis, including Mario Lopez and more!
