Presley Gerber publicly dealt with drug addiction for the past decade and he sadly passed away at the age of 27 while in a rehab facility.
The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner has confirmed that Presley was in rehab when he died, though no other information is available at this time. A cause of death is not known because an autopsy has not yet been performed.
Presley had public issues with alcohol in the past after getting a DUI. Most recently, he opened up about medication he’d been prescribed and his mental health.

Presley‘s sister Kaia recently commented on his struggles.
Vogue called it a “decade-long struggle with drug addiction.”
“When something like that happens in a family, it kind of levels everyone. I think that’s also why I started to self-identify as the easy one and never wanted to ask for help. Because it felt like too much to have two children who were needing,” she explained in the cover story.
She continued, “My parents for most of our lives were very, very private and didn’t share anything—and now we have this absolute teacher, my brother, who says, ‘I’m gonna be very human for everyone.’ There’s only so much you can hide from the world. And trying to put a lid on something just makes the person feel like you’re ashamed of them.”
The piece revealed she’s “deeply proud of him.”
