Phaedra Parks and CT Tamburello have taken their castle chemistry to confirmed coupledom. After the Real Housewives of Atlanta star confirmed they’re dating, Phaedra proudly posted a series of coupled-up photos with CT, putting their Traitors tryst on full display.
Now, check that!

On September 4, Phaedra appeared on Jeff Lewis’ SiriusXM show “Jeff Lewis Live” and shared that her relationship with The Challenge star is far from platonic and officially romantic.
When Lewis asked Parks point blank whether the two were dating and whether their connection was purely platonic, she gave a simple, direct answer: “It’s not.”
Parks also confirmed she’d be attending the Creative Arts Emmys with Tamburello as her date, since he’s set to present at the show. When asked whether they’d spent time together before this, Parks confirmed they had, though she kept the exact timeline of their romance a bit vague, only revealing it began the last time she was in Los Angeles.
On Saturday, CT made good on his date night promise and posed on the carpet with Phaedra.

Phaedra punctuated the hard launch with a follow-up photo on Instagram with a cheeky caption.
“Some came for the awards. I came with the prize,” she wrote. “Thank you to the real trophy for making a beautiful night even better.”
The couple isn’t stopping at the Emmys either. Prior to the big reveal, Parks revealed that after the awards show, she and Tamburello plan to fly together to New York City for a work commitment on Fire Island.
Page Six reported that a source close to the situation shared that Tamburello had been reaching out to Parks more frequently in recent weeks, adding that “he made it clear to her he really, really liked her and he fell for her when they were on Traitors.”
The source also painted a warm picture of where things currently stand between them. “He makes her really happy,” they said. “They really do laugh together a lot, and their relationship is really sweet.”
Phaedra Parks And CT Tamburello Navigate Romance After Ended Relationships
You may recall that Parks and Tamburello first crossed paths on Season 2 of The Traitors back in 2024, where their playful dynamic quickly caught fans’ attention.
That chemistry seemed to spill back into their public interactions over the past several weeks, with the two exchanging increasingly flirty comments on social media.
Back on August 9, Tamburello posted a photo captioned, “Anyone want to throw in a good word for me!? Still looking for a +1 to the Emmys. A man can dream,” to which Parks responded, “Baby I’m already yours.”
Days later, Tamburello posted a follow-up video captioned, “She said yes,” confirming that Parks would indeed be joining him.
It’s a notable shift from how Tamburello described their connection back in 2024, when he told Entertainment Weekly that “nothing real happened” between them during filming, calling their dynamic fun but ultimately part of “playing a game.”
The budding romance comes as both Parks and Tamburello have recently navigated their own relationship endings. Tamburello’s wife, Catalina White, filed for divorce back on January 9. She also recently told CT to “sign the [divorce] papers” upon hearing the news of him and Phaedra.
He was also previously married to Lilianet “Lili” Solares, with whom he shares son Christopher “C.J.” Tamburello Solares.
Parks, meanwhile, was married to Apollo Nida from 2009 to 2015, finalizing their divorce in 2017. The two share sons Ayden, 16, and Dylan, 13. She also previously dated Medina Islam for three years before the pair split in 2021.

With both public appearances and social media confirmation now behind them, Parks and Tamburello’s relationship looks like it’s moving forward in real time.
