NeNe Leakes Kicked Off Fashion Week At Sergio Hudson’s Show
The reality television icon made a fashionable appearance at New York Fashion Week, taking her place in the front row at Sergio Hudson’s Spring/Summer 2027 show. Leakes joined a stylish guest list that included Muni Long, Bianca Lawson, Crystle Stewart, and more.
For the occasion, the Georgia native worked the extravagant glamour we’ve come to expect from the star. The Real Housewives of Atlanta OG rocked a fitted black corset-style dress with a plunging neckline and gold detailing that accentuated her curves. She accessorized with stacks of gold bracelets and carried a simple designer clutch, allowing her signature platinum-blonde tresses to provide the drama. Her long, layered strands were styled in cascading loose waves that framed her flawlessly done-up face.
Leakes’ appearance at Hudson’s show felt right at home considering the designer’s longstanding relationship with Black Hollywood. Hudson is known for his impeccable tailoring and bold use of color, with designs that celebrate a woman’s curves. The designer has become a go-to for some of our favorite stars, dressing everyone from Beyoncé and Rihanna to Keke Palmer, Jennifer Hudson, and former First Lady Michelle Obama.
NeNe Leakes Went Completely Sheer At The Luar Show
WWD reports that NeNe was one of several stars spotted on the front row of the Luar Fashion Show.
Designer Raúl Lopez welcomed NeNe and a plethora of other celebs, including Yung Miami, Katteyes, Shenseea, Bad Gyal, Peso Pluma, and Winnie Harlow. She was also joined by her stylist, Paris Chea.
Leakes has been serving beauty look after beauty look lately, and her NYFW appearance was no exception. She even noted that her bob was back and not “folded under,” a nod to her #RHOA season 7 “Puerto Read-Co!” faceoff with Claudia Jordan.
Her fashionable moment also comes during what feels like a second coming for the television personality. After departing RHOA following Season 12, Leakes recently returned to the Bravo universe for The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Roaring 20th.
The series celebrates two decades of the Housewives franchise and reunited Leakes with several familiar faces from the franchise.
Leake’s recent NYFW appearance proves that she still knows how to make an entrance, and we can’t wait to see what else our girl has in store. Because in our eyes, the reality TV veteran will forever be that girl.
