The Yellowstone spinoff TV show Marshals is debuting in just a few hours on CBS, and we’re here with all the biggest casting changes for season two!
Here’s the synopsis of the series: With the Yellowstone Ranch behind him, Kayce Dutton joins an elite unit of U.S. Marshals, combining his skills as a cowboy and Navy SEAL to bring range justice to Montana. Kayce and his teammates – Pete Calvin, Belle Skinner, Andrea Cruz and Miles Kittle – must balance the high psychological cost of serving as the last line of defense in the region’s war on violence with their duty to their families, which for Kayce includes his son Tate and his confidantes Mo and Thomas Rainwater from the Broken Rock reservation.
At the end of season one, the fates of Belle and Cal were up-in-the-air. One exit seems to be confirmed.
Marshals will return to CBS at 8:30 pm ET on October 4, 2026.

Luke Grimes as Kayce Dutton – Returning for Season 2 of Marshals

Brecken Merrill as Tate Dutton – Returning for Season 2 of Marshals
Kayce’s son Tate will be back for season two after viewers saw his life in jeopardy in the season one finale.
If you don’t know, Brecken Merrill is one of the original characters from the Yellowstone universe.
Gil Birmingham as Thomas Rainwater – Returning for Season 2 of Marshals
As one of the actors who returned from the Yellowstone universe, Gil Birmingham will be back for season two of the hit CBS series.
