A source is sharing some new details after it was revealed that Lady Gaga and Michael Polansky are parents!
If you didn’t see the exciting news, it was revealed on Friday (September 11) that the engaged couple recently welcomed their first child together. Shortly after it was announced, Gaga, 40, was seen holding an infant close to her chest while going for a walk in Northern California.
A source has now told People that the Grammy-winning singer and the tech entrepreneur “both beam when they talk about being parents.”
“Michael seems lighter, happier,” the insider added.
The source also noted that Gaga and Michael “both took time off of work this summer to be with [the] baby.”
As of right now, no other details about the infant – including a birth date, gender, or name – have been revealed.
Gaga hinted at motherhood in an interview last year
Back in October 2025, an interview aired on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert in which Gaga called motherhood her “next starring role.”
Gaga said, “I would like to do many things. All of these things are open. But, what I really want is to be a mom. That’s my next starring role, I hope.”
