Kate Beckinsale has shared some alarming posts on Instagram this morning (September 20).

Fans noticed that the 53-year-old actress posted an Instagram Story with the text, “congratulations you win I give up.”

She also posted a message to her Instagram grid, which featured a black background with white letters that simply read, “bye.”

Kate Beckinsale included a link to a story about Caroline Flack’s suicide

She also shared a link in her bio to a BBC article titled, “Caroline Flack death: Will people now ‘be kind’ in the media and online?” Caroline tragically passed in 2020.

If you don’t know, Kate has been public about some things she’s faced in her life in recent years, including losing her father when she was just a child, losing her beloved mom last year, and more. She has been fighting commenters and trolls about her appearance for years as well, and has faced health struggles.
