Matthew has been working at Thom Browne for the past 15 years. He started there as an account executive and he is now the Global Vice President of Marketing and Communications.
The couple has been together for nearly 10 years and they confirmed their marriage back in 2022. At the time, Lee told GQ Hype, “What I’ll say about being married, it was once described to me as an endless sleepover with your weirdest friend. In our experience, that is absolutely true. If you’ve found one person you can be weird around, hold on tight.”
The two live together in a 200-year-old farmhouse in upstate New York.
He also addressed the possibility of children: “I’d love to have kids. I think there’s nothing better than little kids running around.”
