Heidi Montag Speaks Out After Husband Spencer Pratt Loses Los Angeles Mayoral Race - Just Jared - Celebrity News and Gossip

Heidi Montag is breaking her silence after her husband Spencer Pratt‘s recent political loss.
The 39-year-old “I’ll Do It” singer and The Hills alum has taken to social media to praise her husband after he lost the Los Angeles mayoral race to councilwoman Nithya Raman.
Spencer and Nithya were vying for the second spot in the November runoff election, to go up against incumbent Karen Bass, who secured her own spot on the ballot early on, but didn’t receive enough votes to avoid a runoff.
Now, Heidi has spoken out, days after the race was called for Nithya to advance.
“I couldn’t love my husband more and be more proud of him. What an inspiration, what a hero,” Heidi wrote on Twitter/X.
She followed up with additional posts, writing, “God bless America,” and “So thankful to be born in America, this beautiful free country. Thank you God.”
Heidi‘s words come a couple days after Spencer conceded the race by sharing a video slamming his opponents and calling them names.
“Now every problem that plagues Los Angeles because of these two corrupt communists is going to accelerate and this city will tumble head long into the abyss,” he said. “You have no idea how many major developers, hotel leaders, business owners, entrepreneurs have been texting me, saying they’re packing up and leaving town.”
