Dolly Parton‘s estate is making a shocking new claim about the singer’s nephew Bryan Seaver, who was her previous head of security.

On Monday (October 5), the company overseeing Dolly‘s business empire, She’s Alive LLC submitted a new court filing that alleges a server tried to deliver court documents to Bryan three times and was faced with barbed wire and a “no trespassing” sign.

The documents state the server claimed Bryan‘s residence has a “no-trespassing sign in the front yard and barbed wire draped across the handrails leading to the front door.”

For those unaware, Bryan was the one who announced her death in a video posted to her social media following her August 25 passing.

“Mr. Seaver attempted to evade service of process, and this Court should not reward that behavior,” the filing states, according to ABC News.

The estate also alleges that Bryan hasn’t retained counsel despite saying he would and they’re asking the court to deny his request for a case extension. The next hearing is scheduled for October 9.

Last month, Dolly‘s estate was granted a temporary restraining order against him. When asked for comment amid the latest allegations, Bryan said the TRO prevents him from speaking publicly on the case.

He has previously denied the allegations. Bryan was fired at the end of September.

“I was fired. After the estate negotiated with me and my company for services in perpetuity and agreed to that service provision from my company,” Bryan said in a September 23 statement to ABC News. “A week later they fired me for these contrived ‘threats.'”

The new filing also asks for the TRO to be converted into a temporary injunction.

Reba McEntire recently shared that she missed a call from Dolly before she passed away.
