A rumor took hold this week that podcaster Joe Rogan was being considered for a role at CBS’ 60 Minutes, which has recently undergone some huge changes.

Some of the major lineup changes include fan favorite correspondents getting fired, including Scott Pelley.

Now, this new rumor has made the rounds online, suggesting Rogan could be a contender to take on a position.

A spokesperson for 60 Minutes told Forbes that this was totally “false.” Joe Rogan has not commented on this rumor at this time.

Nick Bilton just took over at the new executive producer, and it’s unclear if further changes are coming.

There have been some further shakeups at CBS with regard to their lineup of television programs: they canceled 3 TV shows in a series of shocking moves.
