Adam Brody Called Out Over Palestine Comments By 'Nobody Wants This' Consultant Rabbi | Just Jared

Adam Brody recently revealed he supports the free Palestine movement.

In an interview with GQ, Adam said, “Put me down as thinking it’s a genocide. Put me down as wanting a free Palestine. It’s awful that it’s taken so much death and misery, but it does feel like it’s reaching a breaking point that it should have a while ago.”

If you don’t know, Adam portrays a Rabbi in the Netflix TV series, which is returning for a third season on October 22. He co-stars with Kristen Bell.

The Rabbi who consulted on the series, Rabbi Steve Leder, spoke out on his Instagram page when he saw Adam’s comments.

“You by your own admission are a relatively ignorant Jew, and your ignorance really showed the other day. Here’s some technical advice: If you know nothing about something, you should say nothing about it,” Rabbi Steve Leder said on Instagram.

He called Adam‘s comments “shocking,” and claimed that Adam misused and mischaracterized the situation by calling it a genocide.
