Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni are still set for trial on May 18.

According to Deadline, both sides rejected any possible deal that would have nixed the trial.

Notably, while Blake‘s sexual harassment claims were gutted from her lawsuit over contractual and jurisdictional reasons and not merit, she has stated that the allegations of defamation and retaliation are the real heart of the case.

The Another Simple Favor star reposted a statement she made last week about the alleged astroturfing campaign, asking fans not to be “distracted by the digital soap opera” and promising to “never stop doing my part in fighting to expose the systems and people who seek to harm, shame, silence and retaliate against victims. I know it’s a privilege to be able to stand up. I will not waste it. ”

They have previously tried to reach a settlement agreement but similarly could not come to terms in the past.

Blake‘s current agency and Justin‘s former, WME, recently came out in full support of the actress, releasing a statement in her defense.
