All American comes to an end tonight.

The CW drama will air its series finale on Monday (September 28), wrapping up the show after eight seasons.

The final episode is titled “To Live and Die in L.A.” and will bring together characters from across the show’s run as one chapter comes to a close.

So, what time does the All American series finale start tonight, and how can you watch?

What Time Is the All American Series Finale Tonight?

The All American series finale airs Monday, September 28 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on The CW.

The episode is Season 8, Episode 13 and serves as the show’s official series finale.

According to The CW, Spencer, played by Daniel Ezra, will navigate one of the toughest and most important days of his life, while Olivia, played by Samantha Logan, turns to her mom for help making an important decision.

Friends and family, both old and new, will also gather as the series says goodbye to its Crenshaw and Beverly characters.

How to Watch the ‘All American’ Series Finale

Fans can watch the finale when it airs live on The CW at 8 p.m. ET/PT.

Recent Season 8 episodes are also available to stream for free through The CW’s website, including last week’s Episode 12, “Finish Line.”

Why Is All American Ending?

The CW announced in 2025 that All American had been renewed for an eighth and final season consisting of 13 episodes.

At the time, The CW said the final season would give fans the opportunity for a meaningful goodbye to the characters and world of the series. The network also noted that All American remained its No. 1 entertainment program in several key demographics and its top performer on The CW app.

The ending also comes amid major programming changes at The CW following Nexstar’s acquisition of a majority stake in the network. The network has increasingly shifted its lineup toward sports, unscripted programming, acquisitions and co-productions.

All American was the last remaining scripted CW series that premiered before that ownership change.

The show’s executive producer and showrunner Nkechi Okoro Carroll has said the creative team was grateful to be able to finish the story in the way they envisioned.

Who Is Returning for the All American Series Finale?

The official finale synopsis confirms that Daniel Ezra returns as Spencer and Samantha Logan returns as Olivia.

The final season has centered on both longtime characters and the newer generation, including Michael Evans Behling as Jordan, Greta Onieogou as Layla, Bre-Z as Coop, Nathaniel Logan McIntyre as KJ, Antonio J. Bell as Khalil, Osy Ikhile as Cassius and Alexis Chikaeze as Amina.

The CW’s finale description teases that “friends and family, old and new” will gather for the conclusion, though the network has not publicly revealed every returning face in advance.
