The influencer and the rapper have reportedly tied the knot, per The Shade Room. While it’s not exactly clear when the pair made their relationship official, the story of their wedding was published on Wednesday, Sept. 23. According to the outlet, the Memphis rapper married Ari in a traditional Muslim wedding ceremony.
Fletcher took to Instagram on Wednesday to let her fans in on the love, sharing a carousel of photos celebrating her and Moneybagg’s love. One photo features Ari and Moneybagg sharing a sweet kiss while both wearing all-white, which seems to be at their wedding. In another picture, the happy couple is flashing their wedding rings, which are blindingly blinged-out.
Despite fans’ assumptions that the couple tied the knot, Ari didn’t confirm anything in her post, which also included other sweet pictures from throughout their relationship. In her caption, she attributed the post to Moneybagg’s birthday, writing: “In every lifetime, I’d find you. Happy birthday my love 🎈🫶🏽”
On Moneybagg’s Instagram page, he shared his own birthday post, uploading photos of himself celebrating his 35th birthday with Ari in Las Vegas. Per the rapper’s post, it seems like the couple’s wedding happened either before or on the rapper’s birthday celebration on September 22.
Moneybagg Yo and Ari Fletcher have been in an on-and-off relationship since late 2019. The rapper first noticed Ari while she was shopping and connected with her through mutual friends. They began dating around October 2019 and went public with their relationship in January 2020.
The couple’s on-again, off-again nature has been fueled by the rapper’s infidelity. They briefly broke up due in 2021 due to Moneybagg Yo’s indiscretions, which he later owned up to in interviews. The two eventually reconciled, which became a theme in their relationship.
While Ari has previously claimed that her and Moneybagg have been secretly married since 2021, the news of their marriage has not been confirmed until now.
