Presley Gerber‘s ex-girlfriend Lexi Wood is paying tribute to him after his death.

Lexi took to Instagram on Tuesday (September 22), two days after his untimely passing, to share some touching words for him.

“It’s hard to put into words what it means to lose someone who was such a meaningful part of my life for so many years. Through every chapter and every version of our relationship, friendship was always at the core of it,” she began the post.

Lexi continued, “Everyone who loved Presley and was loved by him knows he was one of the kindest, most open, loving and courageous people. He loved so deeply, so purely, was incredibly romantic and thoughtful. He was also incredibly resilient. He fought so hard for his life and he was brave enough to be open about that fight. More than anything, he wanted to use his story to help other people, and he did.”

“I feel so lucky to have shared so many years of friendship, so many memories and so much love with him. He will always hold such a special place in my heart, and we will all miss him forever,” Lexi concluded.

Presley and Lexi dated briefly in late 2022.

While Presley and Lexi had a short relationship, they made several public appearances together, including one with his famous parents.

Before meeting Presley, Lexi was best known for being a Playboy model and having a relationship with Brooklyn Beckham back in 2018.

“Guys I did it,” he captioned his post, which opened with a sweet selfie of the duo.

His caption referenced a clip of the couple kissing, which was set to a soundtrack of someone saying “Guys I did it! I found the person that makes me the happiest I have ever been.”

“if you didn’t already know, I’m in love,” Lexi captioned an Instagram post of her own. He commented on her post, “My angel. I love you.”

Presley‘s post was deleted after the breakup and Lexi‘s post was edited to remove him.

Why they broke up

By December 14, 2022, it was reported that the couple had split.

“They realized very quickly it wasn’t going to be a long-term relationship,” a source told E! News. Another source claims Lexi was the one who initiated the breakup.

At the time, it was reported that Lexi “wants to focus on herself, her modeling, podcast and partnerships” as she moves on from the relationship.

Lexi Wood later joined the cast of Bravo’s Summer House

Lexi joined the cast of Bravo’s Summer House for season nine in 2025. Before the finale for the season aired, she announced her exit from the show.

“Well… That wasn’t the summer I signed up for but it definitely taught me a lot,” Lexi wrote on her Instagram Story.

“I stood up for women and for what’s right, even when it wasn’t easy and I’d do that again in a heartbeat,” she continued. “I’m leaving Summer House with no regrets (well…maybe one).”

The influencer concluded, “I’m proud of the way I handled myself, proud of what I walked away from. And even prouder of what I’m walking toward. Big things are coming! Stay tuned!”

During the season, she immediately struck up a romance with fellow cast member Jesse Solomon, but their relationship featured a ton of drama, including Jesse, 31, getting his toes sucked by another woman. They ended their relationship by the end of the season.

The Drake dating rumors

While appearing on fellow Bravolebrity Gia Giudice‘s Casual Chaos podcast, she was asked about the rumors that she dated Drake.

“I need to know, are any of the Drake rumors true? I feel like they have to be. You’re from Canada and you’re so hot,” Gia said.

“I think that being even but out there by anyone but me and him was insane. It definitely was not that person’s place to say anything,” Lexi shared. “But I will say, he’s amazing and I’m really lucky to know him, and he’s so talented, so sweet, comes from such a great family, has great friends.”

She then brought up her ex Jesse Solomon‘s appearance on Chicks in the Office, when he said, “You can’t play it chill with somebody that’s dated Drake.”

“I was just sent it a billion times, and I was like, ‘First of all, why would you say that? Why would you say something about my…” Lexi said. “I think like everything that you enter, whether it’s a friendship, relationship, whatever, there’s just like you’re figuring it out, like you’re not going to go and like post it all over.”

“I just felt like it was very distasteful,” she added.
