Davyn Silva Leaked Videos sparks controversy online -

Brazilian influencer Davyn Silva is trending online after a video of him leaked online. Some parts of the video were shared on social media while many are eager to watch full video.

Brazilian content creator Davyn Silva, 22, has publicly denounced the unauthorised recording and distribution of an intimate video of himself, stating that the material was filmed without his knowledge or consent while he was intoxicated.

Silva, who is based in São Paulo and builds an audience across Instagram, TikTok and X under the handle “davyn”, specialises in adult content aimed primarily at the LGBTQ+ community. On Instagram alone he has approximately 158,000 followers.

He is also known for a viral moment during a previous World Cup in which he appeared playing a vuvuzela in a highly unconventional manner.

In a post published on 20 September, Silva wrote: “meu vídeo vazado foi sem consentimento. não vejam e denunciem por favor” (“my leaked video was without consent. do not watch and please report it”). He later expanded on the circumstances in a video statement.

According to Silva’s account, he met a man named Mateus who had been following his online work. The two arranged a meeting at Silva’s home, during which they had a consensual intimate encounter. Silva said he produced a vlog about the meeting and consumed wine before and afterwards. He alleges that later, while he was intoxicated, the man recorded their subsequent activity without his knowledge or permission. The footage later appeared online, circulating in Telegram groups and on accounts on X.

“Eu não ligo de ter um vídeo meu, enfim, sem roupa, transando, porque isso já é meu trabalho. Mas foi um momento muito íntimo e sem consentimento meu,” Silva stated (“I don’t mind having a video of myself naked, having sex, because that is already my work. But it was a very intimate moment and without my consent”).

Silva confirmed that he has initiated legal action against the individual he holds responsible for the recording and against those distributing the material. He has asked followers not to search for, view or share the video, warning that further legal steps will be taken against anyone involved in its dissemination.

The case has drawn attention on Brazilian social media and entertainment sites, including coverage by Portal POP Mais, which highlighted both Silva’s background as an adult content creator and his call for the public not to amplify the leaked material. Sharing non-consensual intimate images can carry legal consequences under Brazilian law.

Silva has not released further identifying details about the alleged recorder beyond the first name Mateus and has indicated he does not intend to do so at this stage.
