Hayden Christensen Makes Rare Appearance with Daughter Briar Rose, 11, His Child with Ex Rachel Bilson

Hayden Christensen made a rare appearance with his daughter!

The 45-year-old Star Wars actor and his child, Briar Rose, 11, attended the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art Opening Night on Saturday night (September 19) in Los Angeles.

If you don’t know, Briar Rose‘s mom is actress Rachel Bilson. Hayden and Rachel, 43, welcomed Briar in October 2014 after meeting on the set of the 2008 movie Jumper. The former couple split in 2017 but continue to co-parent. Rachel recently shared an update about co-parenting!

And if you aren’t aware, George Lucas and Hayden developed a strong professional relationship while working together on the Star Wars prequel trilogy. George chose Hayden to play Anakin Skywalker and helped guide him in bringing the character’s journey to life.

George and Mellody Hobson co-founded the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art to honor the universal tradition of telling stories through images. Encompassing everything from prehistoric cave paintings to today’s screen art, the Museum explores and celebrates the power of visual storytelling to inspire individuals, give shape to beliefs and ideals, and forge community. 

The museum will officially open to the public on Tuesday, September 22!
