Alan Cummings Agrees To Officiate Wedding For Phaedra & CT

From cloaks and castles to cakes and champagne? Phaedra Parks and CT Tamburello have taken their Traitors tryst well beyond the show, and talk of a potential wedding now has Alan Cumming ready to step in as officiant.

After confirming rumors of their pairing by popping out together at the Emmys, Parks and Tamburello have continued to prove that their love goes beyond anything a reality TV show could script. The Real Housewives of Atlanta and The Challenge stars were an unlikely pairing, but it seems like they’ve captured something real, if Tamburello’s own words are any indication.

“I’ll say this, I think with me and Phaedra, and I really do believe this, the way we are, you know, she’s 52 and I’m 46, that we’ve been around the world from London to the Bay and as much as we want to keep our relationship private, we also understand that we’re in the public eye…,” CT said during an interview for the The Creators, Inc. podcast.

“At the same time, we don’t want to hide who we are. So, it’s not like we’re running from stuff, but we’re not looking for attention [either], if that makes sense. I’ll leave it there, because one thing I’ve learned is that, as much as I’ve been an over-sharer in the past, I think it’s important to keep some things private.”

Nonetheless, The Traitors host Alan Cummings is still getting prepared, just in case things start to become extremely serious between the two. During a sit-down with Bravo king Andy Cohen, Cummings made it clear that he plans to be the officiant for any nuptials involving the two.

“I can do it. I’m allowed to be an officiant in New York,” Cumming told Coehn. “Anyway, I’ve done some in the U.K. as well. I’ve married about seven couples. Oh my god. Imagine if I married CT and Phaedra. That would be hilarious. Oh, the outfits. Oh, and all these people with masks and smoke and I’d come on a horse again. My god, that’d be amazing.”

Despite the surprise to some viewers, Cummings seems to think that the two—who met when they were both contestants on the Emmy-winning reality TV competition series—are a match made in heaven.
