The 15-year-old oldest son of Real Housewives of Atlanta reality TV star Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann was indicted by a grand jury on Thursday (September 3) on seven charges, per TMZ.

Kroy Jr. is facing charges of aggravated child molestation, aggravated sodomy, aggravated sexual battery, three counts of aggravated sexual battery against a child under 16, and false imprisonment, per the outlet.

What Is Kroy Biermann Jr. Accused Of?

As previously reported, a female classmate accused KJ of sexually assaulting her in a gym changing room.

According to the court documents, an officer was dispatched to North Fulton Hospital in Georgia on April 24 for a reported sexual assault.

The classmate accused KJ of multiple nonconsensual sexual acts during the alleged incident.

Along with KJ, Kim and Kroy are also parents to son Kash, 14, and 12-year-old twins Kaia and Kane. After marrying Kim in 2011, Kroy legally adopted her two older daughters Brielle, 27, and Ariana, 24.

Kim and Kroy have been going through a contentious divorce since 2023. Kim lost custody of her kids in May.
