Meghan Markle is being eyed for a role in the third season of the Netflix series The Gentlemen.
The Duchess of Sussex is planning her return to acting amid her move to the UK alongside husband Prince Harry and their two children. It was previously reported that she is attached to a “major” project and now we have more details.
This job marks Meghan‘s most significant role since she left her hit show Suits back in 2018.

All about season three of The Gentlemen
The second season of The Gentlemen is premiering on Netflix on September 3 and the show has not yet been officially renewed for a third season, but it sounds like it’s going to happen based on this news.
Deadline reports that “talks [for Meghan‘s role] are in very early stages and they are also hypothetical at this point.” The character has not yet been identified.
Meghan and Harry have a first-look deal for producing projects with Netflix, so it makes sense that she would make her acting return in one of their shows!
What is The Gentlemen about?
In season one, Eddie Horniman (Theo James) unexpectedly inherit his father’s sizable country estate – only to discover it’s part of a cannabis empire. Moreover, a host of unsavory characters from Britain’s criminal underworld want a piece of the operation. Determined to extricate his family from their clutches, Eddie tries to play the gangsters at their own game. However, as he gets sucked into the world of criminality, he begins to find a taste for it.
In season two, it’s been one year since Eddie and Susie joined forces to work together in Bobby’s criminal empire overseas. As they drive to expand their enterprise, the decisions Bobby is making seem to be increasingly unsound. Now Eddie and Susie must decide whether to take action or risk losing it all, but unfettered ambition never ends well…
