Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann‘s teenage son has been arrested.
On Friday (August 21), TMZ reported that the former couple’s 15-year-old son Kroy “KJ” Biermann Jr. is in police custody for alleged aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery.
A female classmate has accused KJ of assaulting her inside of a gym changing area back in April. According to the court documents, an officer was dispatched to North Fulton Hospital in Georgia on April 24 for a reported sexual assault.
Police say that the alleged victim and her father claimed the incident occurred one day earlier inside a nearby gym. The girl told police that she was hanging out at the gym when she saw KJ and they eventually went into a co-ed sauna.
She claimed that KJ started to get touchy with her, and when she told him “no,” he allegedly continued to force himself on her. She alleges that KJ forced oral sex, digitally penetrated her vagina, and claimed he “tried multiple times to have sexual intercourse with her by trying to pull down her pants.”
Police launched an investigation into the allegations, and an officer said he began attempting to contact Kroy, 40, on May 14. The officer said on May 18 he spoke with the former NFL player, who said he would discuss the matter with Kim, 48.
The police report notes the alleged victim was examined at a hospital, and doctors did not find evidence of male DNA in her mouth of vagina.
KJ was taken into custody on Monday (August 17) and is being held without bond.
Along with KJ, Kim and Kroy are also parents son Kash, 14, and 12-year-old twins Kaia and Kane. After marrying in Kim 2011, Kroy legally adopted her two older daughters Brielle, 27, and Ariana, 24.
Kim and Kroy have been in a nasty divorce since 2023. Kim lost custody of her kids in May.
