Hayden Panettiere tragically passed away at the age of 36 on Sunday (August 16) at a residence in South Carolina, and details surrounding her death are still unclear.

Apparently, her on-again, off-again boyfriend Brian Hickerson was there when she passed away.

But now, a new report has emerged over who apparently found her.

Brian‘s brother Zach is reportedly the one who found Hayden. He apparently walked into the residence and saw her on a chair in the living room, TMZ reports. Brian was allegedly asleep in another room.

EMS responded to a call and were on the scene in the 2 pm hour, but she was pronounced dead at 2:32 pm.

The autopsy was officially performed and the coroner shared a statement on some findings. Reports suggest it could have been an overdose.

Hayden‘s estranged mother also spoke out for the first time.
