‘Law & Order: SVU’ Season 28 Cast: 2 Stars Confirmed to Return, 5 More Expected Back

Law & Order: SVU is returning for another season!

The long-running procedural TV series will return for Season 28 on Thursday, October 8 at 9 p.m. ET on NBC.

The series centers around the detectives of the Special Victims Unit as they investigate crimes of sexual assault, child abuse and domestic violence, and has been on the air since 1999.

The show was officially renewed for Season 28 in April, although it was later revealed that the renewal was actually the second half of a private two-season pickup made in May of last year.

Fans are surely wondering who’s coming back for the new season.
