Taylor Frankie Paul Speaks Out After Completing 3-Year Probation Following Domestic Violence Arrest | Just Jared - Celebrity News and Gossip

Taylor Frankie Paul‘s probation has come to an end.
During a court hearing on Friday (August 7), a judge ruled that the 32-year-old the Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star had successfully finished her three-year probation as part of a plea deal from her 2023 domestic violence arrest.
The judge then amended Taylor‘s aggravated assault felony charge to a Class A misdemeanor. Her attorney was present in court for the ruling as the influencer was not present.

After the ruling, Taylor took to Instagram to share AI-generated photos of herself leaving court as she marked the end of her probation.
“Three years probation complete. All my PO’s said it was one of the longest probations they had seen for first time offense,” Taylor wrote. “Back then I wasn’t even aware of what DV was. Unfortunately many will experience it as many already have. DV is a sneaky cycle to get stuck in because by the time you realize what actually is happening you’re already stuck in it.”
“I don’t care if you see me as the villain or victim,” she continued. “This all surfacing the way it viciously and vindictively did, has been hell on earth and if I didn’t have the support I have I don’t think I would have made it through. However those same people not only get to see they failed to destroy me, but they freed me. You can see who’s educated from the not… this has been by the textbook for millions to watch.”

Taylor was arrested back in 2023 following an argument with ex-boyfriend Dakota Mortensen where she threw metal chairs at him while her then-5-year-old daughter Indy was in the room. She pled guilty in abeyance to aggravated assault, which meant that if she complied with the conditions of the plea, the charge would be dismissed. The other charges, including domestic violence in the presence of a child, had already been dismissed with prejudice.
The video of Taylor throwing the chairs at Dakota leaked back in March of this year, resulting in ABC pulling her already-filmed season of The Bachelorette off the schedule. Since then, Taylor has been in a nasty legal battle with both Dakota and ex-husband Tate Paul over custody of her children.
Last month, Taylor opened up about her decision to go to rehab.
