F1 Stars Kimi Antonelli & Max Verstappen Go Shirtless on Separate Yachts in Sardinia

Kimi Antonelli and Max Verstappen are enjoying the first week of their summer vacation!

The Formula 1 stars were both spotted aboard separate yachts on Wednesday (July 29) in Sardinia, Italy.

Kimi and his dad, Marco, were seen going shirtless while joining the 19-year-old’s Mercedes boss, Toto Wolff, and his wife Susie aboard their yacht in Italy.

During the vacation, Kimi was seen playing with Toto and Susie‘s son, Jack, as well as another young boy.

Kimi has had a stellar F1 season this year, in just his second year in the sport.

The teen driver has won six of the first 11 races so far, and he currently leads the drivers’ championship with points. In second place is Lewis Hamilton, whose seat Kimi took when he moved from Mercedes to Ferrari.

That same day, Max Verstappen was also seen showing off his shirtless body while aboard his own yacht in Sardinia.

He was joined by his partner, Kelly Piquet, as they enjoy time off during the first week of Formula 1’s summer break.

The day before, Max and Kelly were seen enjoying time on their yacht, along with their one-year-old daughter, Lily. They were also seen chatting with Toto and Susie, who were nearby!

Back in June, Max and Kelly vacationed in Saint-Tropez in between races.

Max has had a bit of a harder time in F1 this year, with his current position in the championship being sixth, with 109 points. However, last year he came back from a similar points deficit to finish the season in second, which came down to his finishing position in the very last race.

Just days before being seen vacationing in Italy, Max and Kimi shared the podium at the 2026 Hungarian Grand Prix in Budapest. While Lando Norris won the race, Max finished second and Kimi third.

In fact, Max and Kimi have both been on the podium together for three of the last four races.
