Prime Video Cancels 4 TV Shows in 2026, Renews Several Major Hits for New Seasons - Just Jared - Celebrity News and Gossip

We have more updates about Prime Video‘s slate of original television shows, specifically regarding what has been renewed and what has been canceled.

If you are not aware, far in 2026, the streaming service has now canceled 4 TV shows. In addition, they renewed several fan favorite series, including a few that were given early renewals!

Over the years, Prime Video has been releasing more and more original content over the years, often having hugely successful shows like Off Campus and The Summer I Turned Pretty. If you don’t know, Prime Video is a first-stop entertainment destination offering customers a vast collection of premium programming in one app available across thousands of devices.

Unfortunately, the streamer also canceled a huge amount of content in the last year as well. In total, 16 series were axed by Prime Video in 2025.
