Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce had a very famous friend help make things official!

The couple tied the knot on Friday (July 3) and JustJared can confirm that Adam Sandler served as the officiant for the ceremony.

“The ceremony joined both families together and was officiated by friend Adam Sandler,” Taylor‘s longtime publicist Tree Paine confirmed in an email.

While Adam might seem like a surprising choice at first, the actor and comedian has been publicly supportive of Taylor and Travis‘ relationship for years. Adam has spoken sweetly about how kind Taylor has been to his family, and he has also praised Travis, who appeared alongside him in Happy Gilmore 2.

Adam‘s daughters, Sunny and Sadie, also known Swifties, and Taylor shared a sweet moment with the Sandler family at her Eras Tour concert film premiere back in 2023.
