Taylor Swift‘s childhood best friend, Abigail Anderson, has arrived for the wedding!

Abigail was spotted looking gorgeous in a brown gown while leaving her hotel with husband Charles Berard on Friday afternoon (July 3) in New York City.

Abigail and Charles got into buses with other wedding guests to make their way to Madison Square Garden for the event.

A lot of fans think that Abigail is going to be the maid of honor in the wedding. She is known for being Taylor‘s longtime confidante and forever bestie. They met on the first day of high school and Abigail is immortalized in the song “Fifteen.”

“You sit in class next to a redhead named Abigail / And soon enough you’re best friends”

Taylor was a bridesmaid at Abigail‘s wedding to her first husband, Matt Lucier, in September 2017. They separated in 2021 and Abigail later married Charlie Berard in September 2022.

Taylor once again mentioned Abigail in the 2025 song “Ruin the Friendship,” in which she sang about a high school boy she crushed on, who later died at a young age.
