Jalen Brunson Has a Message for the Swifties After Monica McNutt's Taylor Swift Comment - Just Jared - Celebrity News and Gossip

Jalen Brunson had a message for the Swifties – aka Taylor Swift‘s fanbase – after the New York Knicks won the NBA Championship on Saturday (June 13).

If you don’t know, earlier in the team’s fight to win the title, Taylor was in attendance at one of their games.

Monica McNutt, a Knicks analyst, was caught saying, “She’s not a Knicks fan. Get out of here, girl.”

After receiving some backlash for her statement, Jalen, who won MVP for his role in helping the Knicks win the victory over the San Antonio Spurs, had a message for the Swifties who may be upset about her comment.

In defense of Monica, Jalen told them: “I just want to say something to the Swifties: She’s a really good one. Cut her some slack. It’s all good, I promise.”
