Simone Biles Says She Was 'Almost Dying' During Recent Medical Emergency - Just Jared - Celebrity News and Gossip

Simone Biles is opening up about a recent medical emergency.

On Saturday (June 6), the 29-year-old Olympic gymnast took to her Instagram Story to share some details about a medical emergency, revealing that she “almost” died.

“I’m not one to normally share things like this because I value privacy in today’s age,” Simone wrote while share a photo of her arm covered in hospital bracelets. “But almost dying wasn’t on my bingo card earlier this week.”

She continued, “This was one of, if not the scariest experience of my life, especially since [husband] Jonathan [Owens] was in Indy for practices.”

“I’ve been in best resting this week, I’ll explain sooner or later but [shout-out] to my close circle who reached out, checked in, visited & or sent flowers. Loooovveeee y’all,” Simone concluded.

In a following Story, Simone shared a photo of herself in bed with her two dogs along with a screenshot of a heart monitor app, with a reading of 126 bpm, and wrote, “I’ll be here.”

As of right now, Simone hasn’t shared any other details of her medical emergency.

Last year, Simone revealed the three cosmetic procedures she’s had.
