It sounds like Euphoria is coming to an end.
On Monday (April 6), Zendaya made an appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show where she dished on the upcoming third season of the HBO series.
When Drew asked if season three will be the final season, Zendaya responded, “I think so, yeah.”
Keep reading to find out more…“I never want to ask questions like that, because it’s not my business, and yet, is this to be enjoyed knowing [it will end]?” Drew followed up.
“Yes, I think so,” Zendaya answered.
“I almost need to know the mindframe [before watching],” Drew said as Zendaya teased, “That closure is coming.”
“Euphoria cracked my heart open,” Zendaya continued. “Rue [her character] taught me so much about life … that crew has also seen me grow up. I owe so much to that show. Rue taught me so much about empathy and about redemption. She taught me a lot, and I’m very grateful for all of it.”
Here’s the logline for season 3: A group of childhood friends wrestle with the virtue of faith, the possibility of redemption, and the problem of evil.
Returning cast members include Sydney Sweeney, Jacob Elordi, Hunter Schafer, Alexa Demie, Maude Apatow, Colman Domingo, and the late Eric Dane.
