We’re just two weeks away from the season finale of The Voice and the show is down to the Top 9 contestants.

This is the first-ever season of NBC’s singing competition series that has been completely pre-taped, with even the winner crowned in advance.

For the Knockouts Round, each of the three coaches – Kelly Clarkson, Adam Levine, and John Legend - had six contestants remaining and they had to pit them against each other, choosing which singer in each pair would move forward. This narrowed the competition down to the Top 9 contestants, with 9 singers going home.

Next week during the Semi-Finals, the in-studio audience will vote to send one person from each team to the finale.

As part of the special “In-Season All-Star Competition,” in which six contestants from the past returned for a mini competition, Kelly won the right to have two contestants in the finale, which will feature the Top 4.
