Ryan Reynolds is giving Jonathan Groff quite the send-off.
If you didn’t know, the 41-year-old actor played his final performance in Just in Time on Broadway on Sunday night (March 29) in New York City.
And during the performance, the 49-year-old Deadpool actor (with wife Blake Lively seated behind him) made a generous $25,000 donation to Broadway Cares for Jonathan‘s “Bobby Darin” hat!

As part of the fun, the cast also spanked the actor for every $5,000 that was raised, meaning he got five spankings for Ryan‘s donation. Watch fan footage from the crowd of the fun moment!
Jonathan had been playing Bobby for a year.
