Patrick J. Adams has finally revealed the name of his third child!

Back in January 2026, the 44-year-old Suits actor and wife Troian Bellisario announced the birth of their third child, another baby girl. The two are also parents to daughters Aurora, born in October 2018, and Elliot, born in May 2021.

While appearing on Amanda Hirsch‘s podcast Not Skinny But Not Fat, Patrick revealed the baby girl’s name, and also shared the name they almost gave her.

Keep reading to find out more…In a clip for the interview, which drops on Tuesday (March 31), Patrick explained why he decided to add the middle initial “J” to his stage name. He acknowledged that he may have chosen the name because of Michael J. Fox, but did admit that he now wishes he picked a better name.

“I wish I’d chosen a better name at that point. A hard pivot,” Patrick explained. “We just had a daughter, and we almost named her August. We love the name August Adams. I wish my name were August Adams. I wish I could go back in time.”

“Wait, you didn’t share your new daughter’s name yet, right?” Amanda asked.

“Oh, I guess I haven’t. It’s not secret,” Patrick responded. “I can break the news here. Her name is Imogen.”

When asked if they plan on calling their daughter “Imy,” Patrick said, “We’re rehearsing nicknames. We’ve got Imy, we’ve got Momo. Moji. We’re seeing what sticks. But Imogen.”

Amanda then asked why he and Troian, 40, decided to not name their daughter August.

I don’t know what the thinking was…Troian and I just were like…kind of toiling over [it],” Patrick admitted. “We didn’t name her for two week.”

“Really? Like you didn’t submit the paperwork in the hospital?” Amanda questioned.

“We didn’t do the hospital. We did a home birth, so you don’t need to name them for quite a while,” Patrick explained.
