Mckenna Grace is getting into character as Daphne Blake!

The 19-year-old actress was spotted stepping out for a shopping trip at The Commons at Calabasas on Wednesday (April 8) in Calabasas, Calif.

She was seen wearing a deep purple polo shirt with a jean skirt and a lavender purse, mimicking the colors Daphne wears in Scooby-Doo.

Mckenna is preparing to star as Daphne in the upcoming live-action Netflix series as the red-headed character from the popular animated franchise, and was the first cast member announced.

After the news was first revealed, Sarah Michelle Gellar, who played Daphne in the live-action Scooby-Doo movies in the early 2000s, shared her support for Mckenna!

“You are going to be perfect!!” she shared on her Instagram story, via Deadline.

In the upcoming series, during their final summer at camp, old friends Shaggy and Daphne get embroiled in a haunting mystery surrounding a lonely lost Great Dane puppy that may have been a witness to a supernatural murder. Together with the pragmatic and scientific townie, Velma, and the strange, but ever so handsome new kid, Freddy, they set out to solve the case that is pulling each of them into a creepy nightmare that threatens to expose all of their secrets.
