Janel Parrish is confirming the reports about her marriage.

On Friday (April 10), the 37-year-old actress, best known for playing Mona on Pretty Little Liars, officially announced that she and husband Chris Long have separated after seven years of marriage.

Keep reading to find out more…“Thank you all for the incredibly kind and supportive messages, they’ve truly meant the world 🤍” Janel wrote on her Instagram Story. “After 10 beautiful years together, including 7 years of marriage, Chris and I made the difficult decision to end our marriage.”

“There is still so much love and respect between us, and I’m deeply grateful for everything we built together. This chapter of my life, and Chris, will always mean so much to me,” she continued. “Thank you all again for the messages of love and support. Xo J”

Janel‘s message comes after it was reported earlier this week that she and Chris “have been separated for a few months.” She was also recently spotted getting “cozy” with Dancing with the Stars pro Sasha Farber, sparking new romance rumors.

While Janel competed as a contestant on the show back in 2014, coming in third place, Sasha, 41, was not a pro on that season.

If you didn’t know, Janel and Chris, a chemical engineer, first started dating in 2016 and they married in 2018 in her native Hawaii.
