Demi Lovato is teasing her upcoming tour!

The 33-year-old singer is currently promoting the launch of her new cookbook, One Plate at a Time: Recipes for Finding Freedom with Food, and during a chat with Eli Rallo at 92NY in New York City earlier this month via People, she shared how “amazing” it is “to be in this era right now.”

“It’s very celebratory, very fun,” she continued. “I mean, that was really what the essence of the album was, was a reflection of where I’m at in my life today, which is I’m happier than ever, and I wanted my music to reflect that.”

This will be her first tour in several years, so Demi shared that she’s “a little overwhelmed, a little nervous,” but also “very, very, very excited.”

“I can’t wait to see everybody on the road,” the “Sorry Not Sorry” singer said.

“I can’t wait to play music from It’s Not That Deep, but also songs that you are all already familiar with,” she continued.

Demi also teased that there is “potential” for her to play “even newer music.”

Her latest album It’s Not That Deep is her ninth studio album overall, and it came out in October 2025.
