“This has been a rough one. I’ve been mentally up and down in my head more than I think I’ve ever been in my life,” he added.

Toward the end of the video, the Roofman star said he had about six weeks to prep for his next movie.

In the caption of the post, Channing wrote, “This one has been the lowest of the lows. But starting to come out the other side. Feeling better than i have in months mentally. 6 weeks till we start the isle of Mann TT motorcycle love story. So let the grind begin.”

While he has a couple of projects in development, the film he’s referring to is an Amazon MGM Studios movie and docuseries he’s working on with Brad Pitt about the Isle of Man Tourist Trophy races. More details here.
