Broadway’s ‘Oh, Mary!’ Play Sets Los Angeles Run as Part of CTG’s 2026-27 Season! | Broadway, Oh Mary | Celebrity News and Gossip | Entertainment, Photos and Videos
The smash hit Broadway play Oh, Mary! will make its Los Angeles premiere later this year at Center Theatre Group’s Ahmanson Theatre.
CTG just announced the programming for its 2026-2027 season, including the highly anticipated L.A. debut of the play written by Cole Escola.
Oh, Mary! is “a dark comedy about a miserable, suffocated Mary Todd Lincoln in the weeks leading up to Abraham Lincoln’s assassination. Unrequited yearning, alcoholism, and suppressed desires abound in this one-act play that finally examines the forgotten life and dreams of Mrs. Lincoln through the lens of an idiot.”
After Cole‘s departure from the Broadway play, Mary has been played by so many incredible stars, including Betty Gilpin, Tituss Burgess, Jinkx Monsoon, Jane Krakowski, and John Cameron Mitchell. Next up is Maya Rudolph!
Casting for the touring production is still unknown.
The touring production of Oh, Mary! will kick off in September 2026 in Hartford, Connecticut. The L.A. run will be from November 10 to December 6.
