Scott Speedman got a workout in before the weekend!

The 50-year-old actor, who is currently starring in the ABC series RJ Decker, was spotted going for a bike ride on Friday morning (April 10) in Los Angeles.

Scott was able to balance on the bike without holding onto the handles and was seen doing some arm stretches as he rode through the neighborhood.

Season one of RJ Decker is currently airing on ABC and the first three episodes were shown as repeats on Thursday night during the regular lineup’s hiatus. The sixth episode of the season aired on April 7 and the season will continue with episode seven on April 14. R.J. Decker follows a former newspaper photographer and ex-con who starts over as a private investigator in the colorful-if-crime-filled world of South Florida. The series follows him tackling cases that range from slightly odd to outright bizarre with the help of his journalist ex, her police detective wife and a shadowy woman from his past who could be his greatest ally … or his one-way ticket back to prison.
