Lily Phillips shares a look at grotesque impact challenge had on her

Lily Phillips has shared a very, very intense look at the real impact her “challenges” have on her. We all know Lily regularly does huge viral s*x challenges, and posts about them everywhere. But recently, she’s got really into the habit of sharing before and after videos, so we get that extra intimate look. Thanks girl, I mean it.

It started with a traumatising look before and after her huge 1,113 men in a day challenge. Then, she did another following a stunt with some truck drivers, then one with Annie Knight after they joined forces. More recently, Lily posted a selection of pictures and videos that were all the more horrific, and her first group challenge of 2026 got a look-in, too.

Her most recent one is a bit more chic, at least. Lily has been on a boat, with loads of guys, obviously. She’s in Australia, and on a boat with the open water out behind her, Lily said: “Before I get a train ran through me.” Nice.

She looks stunning, with the men surrounding her, all wearing black ski masks.

The view then changed to Lily looking a bit worse for wear, sticky and dishevelled. The men had taken their masks off. “And here is the aftermath,” she told the camera. The caption of the post added: “Before and after”. You don’t need to be a genius to work out what has happened here. I mean, the blokes look exhausted.

This clearly proves that despite hard launching a boyfriend in the last couple of weeks, the viral challenges aren’t going to stop. What a relief? I guess?
