Zendaya and Robert Pattinson made a joint appearance on the Tonight Show!

The duo are promoting The Drama and sat down with host Jimmy Fallon for an interview on Wednesday (April 1) in New York City.

If you don’t know, throughout the press tour for the film, Zendaya has been wearing looks that link back to the old bridal adage: “something old,” “something new,” “something borrowed,” and “something blue.”

Her “something borrowed” was actually a previous look worn by Cate Blanchett.

“She was one of the first people I thought of,” Zendaya explained when they were planning her press tour looks. She said to herself, “I wish I could wear that dress. What a dress.”

She then explained that she and her stylist Law Roach started making calls.

Cate, of course, said yes, and Zendaya got to wear the look!

Zendaya added, “I thought it was such a kind thing to share. I was very paranoid about spilling, or breaking [the dress.]”

Robert then teased Zendaya that she claims to not know what she’s wearing for these events, telling her: “You did not plan borrowing Cate Blanchett‘s dress the day before.” He revealed that he would repeatedly ask her and she would not say who she was wearing.

Zendaya explained that Robert had asked her what she was going to be wearing while they were shooting Dune, and she hadn’t planned these looks yet!

FYI: Zendaya is wearing Zimmerman, which is her “something blue,” by the way!
