Beloved Boy Meets World actor William Daniels is sharing a sweet message with his fans in honor of his 99th birthday!
The actor posted a video on X on Monday (March 30), with the caption, “Hard to believe I’m turning 99 tomorrow! I’m so grateful that staying connected with my fans has been so fulfilling in my later years.”
He said he is pausing “long-distance travel” and won’t be able to attend in-person events, but he is still available to connect with fans through Cameo.

“Over the years, I’ve enjoyed connecting with fans and friends through Cameo and at events. Thank you for keeping me young,” William joked in his video. “Keep it up! Class dismissed.”
Most millennials are familiar with William from his role as Principal George Feeney on Boy Meets World and its spinoff series Girl Meets World. But he also earned two Emmy Awards for his work on St. Elsewhere and provided the voice of the talking car KITT in Knight Rider.
Last year, when Boy Meets World alum Danielle Fishel competed on Dancing with the Stars, William made an appearance during Dedication Night, with Danielle dedicating her performance to him!
