We’re getting an update on how Keith Urban is doing following his divorce from Nicole Kidman.

It was announced in September 2025 that the 58-year-old Big Little Lies actress and the 58-year-old country music singer had separated after 19 years of marriage. Their divorce was finalized in January.

While stepping out for the 2026 iHeartRadio Music Awards on March 26, singer/songwriter Russell Dickerson shared an update on how Keith is doing following the split.

Keep reading to find out more…Russell told Page Six that Keith is “doing great,” and while noting that the two guys don’t get to spend “tons of times” together, he said that Keith “seemed in good spirits.”

“He’s always been focused on music, and so I think he’s just kind of doubling down on that, and it’s just beautiful,” Russell said. “I can’t wait to hear what comes out of it.”

If you didn’t know, Nicole and Keith first started dating in 2005 and got married in June 2006. They have lived in Nashville where Keith records music with their two daughters, Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 14.

In a new interview, Nicole explained why she’s not moving out of Nashville following the divorce.
