The police are speaking out following the death of Ken Urker, who was the on-off partner of Gypsy Rose Blanchard.

Ken was found dead at his home in Louisiana on Thursday (October 1), which happened to be his 34th birthday.

Gypsy has already spoken out to reveal his presumed cause of death and the Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office is adding some insight into what might have happened.

Police say “no evidence” of foul play

Gypsy believes that Ken died from an apparent overdose, saying that he was not doing well at the time of his passing.

The police told People that they have“found no evidence of foul play,” but they’re not ruling it out just yet.

“As long as the investigation is ongoing, of course, we cannot rule it out,” the police added.

An autopsy is being performed on Friday, October 2, but results are not yet available.

Ken was found by Gypsy’s brother

Gypsy sent a “happy birthday” text to Ken with no response, and according to People, her brother, Dylan, and his wife later went to Ken‘s home to go to dinner with him, and they found him deceased.

In addition, Ken‘s sister, Autumn, went live on TikTok that evening, confirming that her brother had passed away and revealed his last words to her.

“I love you,” she recalled of him saying to her. It’s unclear when he said this to her.

Gypsy has already released a new tribute for Ken, who was the father of their daughter Aurora.
